Our free UK delivery service (including the Channel Islands, Highlands, Shetland Isles and Northern Ireland) for all products from Blaze Europe usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting. Orders are posted within 2 working days of payment. All items are posted using standard postal service, tracking information is not available

European Delivery

Our European delivery service (covering mainland Europe) for all products from Blaze Europe usually takes 5 - 10 working days from date of posting. Orders are posted within 2 working days of payment. All items are posted using standard postal service, tracking information is not available.
Prices vary depending on the size and weight of the item, at checkout the price you pay is added to your purchase based on the delivery address you provide. All prices and charges are displayed in GBP£. Blaze Europe cannot be responsible for the currency conversion your bank or credit card service uses to convert your payment.

Rest of World Delivery

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we're here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.

To ensure the safe return of your item, please follow the steps so we can process your preferred outcome more efficiently.
Should you wish to return your purchase you can do so unconditionally within 7 working days from the time that the goods are delivered. Returns in this instance should be notified via email to sales@blazeeurope.com within the 7 day period.
This returns period does not apply to unsealed software or audio/video recordings or to products provided via digital download.

All orders will be refunded within 30 days of the date that your intention to return the goods was received. Refunds will include the cost of posting to the customer but do not include the post cost for returning the goods; this is at your own expense.

If you cancel an order after the goods have been received but then fail to the return the goods, or sends then at our expense, Blaze Europe will charge the direct cost of the return. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. Where a customer cancels an order they have a duty to return the goods to us or make them available for collection. Failure to return the goods will result in Blaze Europe charging the customer for the direct cost of recovery.

All products are sold with a 12 month limited warranty, the full details of this warranty are included with the product and you should check the details of this on receipt. Should an item develop a fault within this time covered by the warranty please notify us via email; sales@blazeeurope.com.
